中国国际青少年机器人交流活动（友函[2015]131号，简称交流活动）作为我国民间外交项目之一，是教育部及全国学校体育机器人联盟为推动我国“机器人革命”及素质体育教育的一项重要工作；是拓宽我国青少年科技、文化视野、培养我国高素质专业人才十分重要的平台；创建了中外青少年友好交流新的模式。

As one of China's civil diplomacy projects, China International Youth Robot Exchange Activities (FL [2015] No. 131, hereinafter referred to as the exchange activities) is an important work of the Ministry of Education and the National School Sports Robot League to promote China's "Robot Revolution" and quality physical education; it is also very important platform to broaden the scientific and cultural vision of China's youth and to cultivate high-quality professional talents; It has created a new model of friendly exchanges between Chinese and foreign teenagers.

出国研修留学项目作为交流活动的重要组成部分，已形成了比较完善的国际合作机制。工委交流中心深刻把握交流活动的精神实质，按照《联盟章程》的有关规定，面向技校、中专、职高、高职等各类职业院校联盟成员单位的广大学生，组织开展赴日本、韩国、新加坡、美国、加拿大、德国、英国、法国、意大利、波兰、荷兰、丹麦、澳大利亚、俄罗斯等国家出国研修留学项目，围绕专业知识、专业技能、职业技能等目标开展教育教学、资格认证等工作，实现我国职业教育由追求规模扩张向追求高质量职业办学的根本性转变，提升新时代职业教育现代化水平，为促进经济社会发展、提高国家竞争力培养大批实用型、技能型、职业型高素质人才。

As an important part of exchange activities, advanced study and training abroad has formed a relatively perfect international cooperation mechanism. With profound understanding of the essence of the exchange activities, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Charter of the League, the Exchange Center of the Working Committee has organized students from the league member schools including vocational schools, technical secondary schools, professional high schools and higher vocational schools etc., to participate in advanced study and training programs in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Germany, Britain, France, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Australia, Russia and other countries. The work of teaching, education and qualification are carried out around professional knowledge, professional technique and occupational skill, so as to realize the fundamental transformation of China’s vocational education from pursuit of scale expansion to pursuit of high-quality. To lift the modernization level of vocational education in the new era, to cultivate a large number of practical, skilled and professional talents for promoting economy development and national competitiveness.
